“Do your habits match your vision? If not, you’re not manifesting, you’re daydreaming.”

We talk a lot about manifestation these days—calling things in, speaking it into existence, trusting the process. But here’s the part that doesn’t get enough attention: the work. Manifestation requires effort. It requires movement.

It’s not just saying what you want and waiting for it to show up. It’s not tossing your desires into the universe hoping something sticks. And it’s definitely not just good vibes and vision boards (though I’ll never knock a good vision board).

Manifestation is about being intentional. Making choices. Practicing discipline. Living in alignment.

It’s active. It’s becoming a match for the life you say you want. It’s creating habits that reflect the future you’re building, not just the present you’re surviving.

So—do your habits match your vision? Do your choices align with your end goal?

Think about it: Have you ever heard someone share their aspirations and thought, “Hmm… I never would have guessed”? Like someone who says they want to be a bodybuilder but has never picked up a weight. Or maybe they lift but eat like trash, stuck in habits that will never get them there. How does that dream become reality without action behind it?

That question has been real for me, too. My family has experienced so much change over the last two years. But through it all, we keep moving toward our end goal: Kias attending kindergarten with his peers—academically and socially on the same level.

What steps are we taking?

  • We relocated. The environment that were were in was a barrier, so we changed environments.
  • We educated friends and family.
  • We enrolled Kias is Early Head Start, where he received speech, occupational, and cognitive therapies.
  • Today, he’s in PreK continuing those same supports.
  • And on my side, I became a Registered Behavior Technician and am now working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst—so I can better support him at home and eventually serve other families.

Manifestation isn’t magic. It’s movement. It’s doing the work today that sets up the life you’re reaching for tomorrow. Plus, you deserve more than just an idea or dream…you deserve the real thing. Real success, real prosperity, real confidence, real joy…. Dont be the one thing holding yourself back!
