Life has been my greatest classroom. I’ve learned just as much from sleepless nights with my children as I have from textbooks and degrees. My formal training gave me tools to understand people—but my lived experience with motherhood, autism, ADHD, burnout, healing, and rebuilding taught me how to truly listen, how to be present, and how to hold space. Most importantly, it taught me how to walk alongside others as they grow.
This space is specifically for parents of neurodiverse children.
Here, you’ll find practical tips and tricks, research-backed insights, honest thoughts and opinions, and the kind of real-life stories that only other parents truly understand.
More than anything, this is meant to be a safe place. A place to connect, to vent, to share wins and worries, to laugh at the absurd moments, and to feel a little less alone. If there’s anything I can do—through words, resources, or shared experience—to make your life feel even a bit easier, then this space is doing what it’s meant to do.
